Houston is a wonderful place to live and so much to do. After a job transfer landed me here I had to find a place to live, and it seemed so big and impersonal. After a lot of looking there it was, an affordable neighborhood (Woodway), tucked away behind a coffee house, apartments surrounded by trees, flowers, and a beautiful courtyard, perfect for walking the dogs, running, walking etc… Right around the corner are shops, restaurants, healthy grocery stores, and more that you can walk to. This Hilcroft, Westheimer area is just a 5-mile drive to big malls and easy access to main highways. I truly love coming home.
