Bullard is a great bedroom community to raise a family in, with good schools, and all in the rolling hills and Piney Woods of East Texas, near Tyler, famed for exporting roses. It’s located just far enough away from the city to feel like you’re living in the country, but you still have quick access to plenty of restaurants, shopping, hospitals, entertainment. The Bullard countryside produces huge quantities of pecans, another world-wide export.
