Most people have heard of Dallas, TX, but they probably have misconceptions about the livability of it. The food is some of the best in the country (and not just BBQ and Tex-Mex!) The craft beer and craft coffee scenes are off the charts, and it is still affordable. Lovely suburbs get you out of the city, if urban life isn’t what you crave!
